CONTENT STRATEGY (HOOK + MESSAGE)
- Start with a curiosity-based hook in the first 0–2 sec. Remember Hooks are Kings, emotion is the Queen
- Mention the “one insight” or “problem” upfront – be specific !
- Use real numbers, real examples (don’t generalize)
- No fluff — teach 1 thing only per video
- Show transformation: “Before → After” or “Problem → Shift”
- Target smart people, not generic viewers
- Always make the viewer feel seen or challenged
- Make it about them, not you
- Use storytelling, not lecturing
- Wrap the idea in one core sentence they’ll remember
🎬 STRUCTURE & FLOW
- Use 3 parts: Hook → Breakdown → Power Ending
- Add a twist around second 6–8 to reset attention
- Use tension to build curiosity (“but here’s the catch…”)
- End with either a checklist, myth, or prompt
- Ask for a comment/save/share only if it’s earned
- Use pattern breaks: zoom, pause, whisper, caption pop
- No intro, no fluff — jump straight to the point
- Keep energy high even in serious topics
- Don’t sound scripted — sound like you’re discovering the idea with them
- End strong with a punchline or CTA that opens a loop
🧲 AUDIENCE & HOOKING
- Speak to identity: “If you’re a founder…”
- Use status-based curiosity: “Most brands don’t realize this…”
- Use surprising contrast: “You think it’s about X, but it’s really about Y.”
- Hook with a visual trigger (slide, headline, bold movement)
- Ask a reflective question early: “Ever wonder why no one clicks ‘Buy now’?”
- Use “that’s why you’re stuck” moments sparingly
- Keep audio + captions tightly aligned
- Add AI voice-over if you don’t want to speak
- Use bold overlays: checklists, mistakes, tools
- Test daily. Track retention. Double down on what holds attention.”
